Accommodation Service and Administrator

The accommodation attendant or receptionist serves guests at the reception, assigns rooms, organises room preparation, housework or event service if necessary.

The receptionist or receptionist works mainly as an receptionist, hotel attendant, receptionist, purser assistant (in the ship), order coordinator, sales assistant, conference attendant or portrait.

The receptionist serves guests at the reception desk, issues keys and shares information about the company's services, organises room preparation, housework and event service. Parental administrator or shift parent is responsible for the organisation of reception work, manages group bookings and, if necessary, prepares reports, conducts inventory and trains staff. In larger hotels, the reception staff team also includes portee, who is tasked with organising luggage storage, carrying luggage, forwarding messages to visitors, sorting mail and assisting with other service activities.

In small accommodation establishments, e.g. tourist farms, the accommodation service provider performs several roles - receiving guests, doing chores, maintaining both rooms and the outdoor area, serving meals and introducing the area and the tourist sites and services there.

The accommodation establishments employ less than 1,900 staff and administrators, and in the future the number of jobs will increase. Accommodation staff are trained more than they can be offered jobs in the future, but because graduates do not take up professional jobs, employers miss administrators.

Working as a housekeeper and receptionist is the preferred professional education, but employees are often also trained in the workplace. Work requires good knowledge and tolerance of foreign languages.
