Estonian Education Information System (EHIS)

The Estonian Education Information System (EHIS) is a National Registry that brings together data concerning the education system.

The register includes data on (super) students, teachers and lecturers, graduation documents, study grants and scholarships, teaching and training institutions, curricula and training and activity permits, economic activity notices and the right to conduct studies. • EHIS Public View is an environment that can be accessed by all interested parties without a user ID and where various searches can be carried out.
• Entrance into the EHIS environment is for authorized users only for whom a user account has been created beforehand. User registration guide see here.

Users without access to EHIS enter edu.ee to submit an economic activity notice or apply for an activity licence.
