The structure and services of youth work are very diverse. Essentially, youth work can be referred to as youth work in accordance with the Youth Work Act, the objectives and principles of the Youth Development Agenda and the nationally established professional ethics.
Principles of youth work:
- young people work is done for young people and together with young people, involving them in decision-making;
- the creation of knowledge and skills to acquire knowledge and skills is based on the needs and interests of young people;
- young gender work is based on the participation and free will of young people;
- young gender work supports youth self-initiative;
- young people Thus, there is nothing incidental about youth work, but activities must be thought out, awareness of the youth, and learning outcomes formulated and determined where possible.
